I’ve been a re agent for 4 months now, so I have access to the mls in my market. Earlier this year I ordered the program, but found it was so packed with info I was overwhelmed and sent it back. I would prefer something that is a little more like a checklist so I can follow the steps. Coincidentally, one of my co-agents does short sale negotiations, and another has been getting more bpo requests(a sign of things to come?). So what’s different about the new version of the course?I don’t want to give it a second try only to feel lost again. I also am up against a relatively stable, higher-end market, and agencies who use attorneys to do negotiations. Tell me what you think.I’ll even partner with you just so I don’t have to go it alone. Lemme know.

Good job….I just bought the package (12/29) and this video inspires and motivates me to jump in with both feet for 2010. I have no real estate experience and have never done a short sale. I am starting completely from scratch just like you did. I look forward to studying and learning the material and who knows….I might even get my own blog going and hopefully have some good success stories to share.

Hey there — great news!!
We have done the same thing here in California!! I have worked hard every day for about 4 -5 months and I have 21 deals in the pipeline, with 2 expected closings in the next 30 days and perhaps about 4 more waiting for approvals as we work thru the timewarp with these lenders.
Great news to hear you closed you deals. !!! You are absolutely right — the SS riches system works !!! Good luck for 2010. I am excited for the new year!!! Keep up the video blogging — I think I may just make one also!!
