Great job in relaying all your activities. I have deals coming my way but struggling in getting all the paperwork from the homeowners!!!
Thought you should check into this short sale tool…I think it is better the RealEFlow , it has a setup fee but it looks amazing.

It will put a short sale package together in 3 minutes with your logo, values, hardship, LPS data and a negotiating service if needed. Pretty cool.
