Brian, great to hear things are finally paying off. Loved your son’s artwork on the wall behind you. Keep up the good work man and it’s good to hear you address that some things in the system don;t work for your market. The problem I see in Cali in 85%+ of the buyers in the lower price ranges are using FHA. Out here the flips need to be high end properties where the cash buyers reappear!

I’ve got 30 AtoB’s cookin’ in SoCal, and FIRST (BofA) STILL awaiting final written approval! Loonng, 12 months, but the tipping point has/is occurring as we speak.
